I was impressed with a few things:
1. level of professionalism
2. prompt responses to my emails
3. quality of the work. the images are absolutely beautiful.
4. How quickly my requests to edit the pictures were handled
5. drop off and pick up was easy to coordinate
6. price was very competitive
